Community Health Needs Assessment

The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is a process to identify the specific needs of the community through data collection and analysis. This assessment is primarily done by Ringgold County Public Health, but includes input from several other county entities, including RCH. This is completed every five years to evaluate the overall health status of a certain population.
