Ed Wehling, DO
Dr. Ed Wehling is board-certified surgeon. He received his medical degree from Arizona State University and Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. Dr. Wehling completed his residency training in general, thoracic, and trauma surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He went on to complete fellowship training in vascular surgery at the University of North Texas, in Dallas/Fort Worth. Dr. Wehling has extensive experience in general and thoracic surgery, endoscopy, vascular and endovascular techniques, vascular access procedures, wound management, and Level I trauma care. He and his wife live on a farm near Mount Ayr, Iowa. Dr. Wehling has a passion for the outdoors and loves to hunt and fish when he’s not working.
